These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between baij777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the baij777 website and its associated mobile applications and progressive web app interfaces. By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager on baij777, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

baij777 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting"), whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. 3 Account Registration & Security

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on baij777 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual game or sporting market. In the event of any conflict between general rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game or market.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Fraudulent activity: Attempting to defraud baij777 or other players by any means, including collusion in poker or live table games, use of unauthorised software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately credited to your baij777 account. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended and the disputed amount pursued through all available legal means.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or providing any false or misleading information at any point during registration or KYC verification.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your baij777 account at any time by submitting a written request to support@baij777. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by baij777

baij777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions

• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement necessitating account closure

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at baij777's discretion. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more will be classified as dormant. baij777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates their account by logging in. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin to apply.
